Products purchased from Elite Xpression location and online at www.elitexpression.com can be returned for a store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. These products must be unworn and have the original tags. Please note that tights and/or other under garment packages must not be opened. Any product deemed worn or damaged or opened tights or under garments will not be returnable. For products purchased online at www.elitexpression.com store credits will be issued upon receipt of the product at our Montreal location: 9371 De Meaux, Saint-Léonard, Montréal, Québec, H1R 3H3.
If you are returning a product purchased online, you can either ship the product back to our Montreal location. If you are shipping the product, please put it in a water-sealed package (ex. Ziploc bag) before placing the product in an envelope to be shipped. Please ship all products back to our Montreal location: 9371 De Meaux, Saint-Léonard, Montréal, Québec, H1R 3H3. A store credit will be issued once we receive the package in-store and deem the product to be unworn and not damaged. This store credit will be applied to your account but will not show up on your online account information.
If you are returning a product purchased online because you did not receive the correct product* please ship the product back to our Montreal location and email email@example.com with your order number and a copy of the receipt for shipping. Elite Xpression will ship you the correct product at no extra shipping charge and we will credit you for the shipping cost to return the incorrect product.
